Moving out of a rental?

How long does the carpet take to dry?
Usually a few hours. Open the windows and run the fans, and keep furniture off it until it's dry.
Can you get pet urine out?
Usually, yes. We treat the area and decontaminate it, then extract it. If a pet has gone in the same spot many times and it has soaked into the underlay, the underlay may need replacing.
Do I need to move the furniture?
Move small things and anything breakable. Tell us about the big pieces when you book.
